Lead Instructor: Abbie O’Toole

Our programme is led by Abbie O’Toole, a black belt and multiple IBJJF Open gold medallist, including Absolute gold at the Rome International Open, beating opponents of every size on technique alone. She coaches a precise, patient, technical game, and the coaches who rate her most are other female black belts.

Safe hands

All coaches are insured and registered with the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association, and every instructor working with children holds a valid enhanced DBS check and has completed safeguarding training. Read our safeguarding policy.
